1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or purchasing any service from UNIED LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts on behalf of yourself or your business.
2. Services Description
UNIED LLC provides the following technology services to small and medium businesses:
- AI Installation: One-time setup of a private, self-hosted AI system on your business hardware — $500 per device.
- Monthly AI Support: Ongoing AI maintenance, updates, and support subscription — $50/month.
- Managed IT Support: All-inclusive device management, helpdesk, monitoring, and security for your business devices.
- Web Hosting: Business website hosting — $10/month. Includes domain-linked hosting, DNS management, and security.
- Email Hosting: Microsoft 365 business email setup and ongoing management.
- Business Consultations: One-on-one technology and AI strategy sessions — $100 per consultation. The fee is credited toward your AI installation if you proceed.
3. Payment & Billing
- All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. — a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.
- UNIED does not store or have access to your full credit card details.
- Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically on your renewal date.
- One-time services (installations, consultations) are invoiced separately.

4. Refund Policy
AI Installation ($500)
Full refund available if requested before installation work begins. Once installation has started, no refunds are available.
Consultations ($100)
Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, including same-day cancellations and no-shows (failure to attend without prior notice), are non-refundable — your appointment time was reserved exclusively for you.
Monthly Subscriptions
Cancel anytime. No prorated refunds for the current billing period.
5. Service Cancellation
To cancel any ongoing subscription or service, email [email protected] with subject line “Cancellation Request — [Your Business Name].” Cancellation is confirmed when UNIED sends written acknowledgment. The 30-day notice period begins upon receipt of this acknowledgment.
6. Intellectual Property
AI configurations and technical setups created by UNIED are licensed to you, not sold. You retain full ownership of your business data and content at all times.
UNIED’s proprietary methodologies, processes, documentation, and tools remain the exclusive property of UNIED LLC. Customers may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell UNIED’s proprietary processes, documentation, or configurations without prior written consent.
7. Data Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UNIED LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) $500 or (b) the total amount paid to UNIED in the 90 days preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided “as is” with best-effort service levels. UNIED makes no warranty that services will be uninterrupted or error-free unless a separate written SLA is signed.
AI systems installed by UNIED are provided as-is. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for specific purposes. UNIED makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of AI outputs for any particular business use. Customers are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before relying on it.
10. Force Majeure
UNIED shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party service failures (Cloudflare, Stripe, Microsoft 365, Venice AI), natural disasters, or government actions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and resume services as quickly as possible.
11. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any legal action, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting UNIED at [email protected]. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association (AAA) Commercial Rules. Both parties waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits. This arbitration clause does not prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in Maricopa County courts.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
13. Modifications to These Terms
UNIED reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. For customers with active service agreements, we will provide 30 days notice of material changes via email.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Maricopa County, Arizona.
