UNIED LLC (“UNIED,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information when you visit unied.com or use our services.
1. Information We Collect
Contact Information
When you fill out a contact form, book a consultation, or create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and business name.
Payment Information
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We never see, receive, or store your full credit card number, CVV, or billing details. Stripe handles all payment data under their PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
Usage Data
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymized usage data including pages visited, time on site, and general geographic region (country/state level). No personally identifiable information is collected via analytics.
Technical Data
Standard web server logs may capture your IP address, browser type, and referring URL. This data is used for security monitoring and is not linked to your personal account.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Deliver, invoice, and support the services you purchase
- Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates
- Communicate about your account, billing, and renewals
- Respond to support requests and inquiries
- Improve our website and services using anonymized analytics data
- Send occasional product updates or service announcements (see opt-out instructions below)
We do not use your information for automated profiling, algorithmic decision-making, or any AI training without your explicit consent.
We may send occasional product updates or service announcements. To opt out, reply “Unsubscribe” to any UNIED marketing email, or email [email protected] with subject “Unsubscribe.” Transactional emails (receipts, confirmations) cannot be opted out of while you have an active account.
3. Data Storage & Security
- Customer data is stored in a secured database hosted by FastComet on infrastructure located in Phoenix-area data centers.
- All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS) via Cloudflare.
- Payment processing is handled exclusively by Stripe, Inc. (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). UNIED never stores full credit card numbers.
- Access to customer data is restricted to authorized UNIED personnel only.
Data Retention: Customer service records and invoices are retained for 7 years per standard business practice. Web server logs are retained for 90 days. Google Analytics data is retained per Google’s standard data retention settings.
4. Cookies
- Google Analytics (GA4) uses first-party cookies to track anonymous usage patterns. No personal information is collected via these cookies.
- We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party behavioral targeting cookies.
- You can disable cookies via your browser settings. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use our website or services.
- To opt out of Google Analytics tracking specifically, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Disabling tracking will not affect your ability to use our website or purchase services.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our business. Each has their own privacy policy:

6. Data Sharing
We never sell your personal information. We only share your data with the service providers listed above, and only as necessary to deliver your services (e.g., passing your email to our mail provider to send your appointment confirmation). We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any unrelated third parties.
7. Your Rights (CCPA — California Residents)
California residents have the right to:
- (1) Know what personal information is collected about you.
- (2) Delete personal information we hold, subject to certain exceptions.
- (3) Opt out of the sale of personal information — we do not sell your data.
To exercise these rights, email [email protected] with subject “CCPA Request.” We will respond to verified requests within 45 days as required by California law. We do not discriminate against customers who exercise their CCPA rights.
8. Data Retention
We retain customer records for 7 years following the end of a customer relationship, in accordance with standard business and tax record-keeping requirements. After that period, records are securely deleted. You may request early deletion by contacting us — we will comply unless retention is required by law.
9. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach that compromises your personal information, UNIED will notify affected customers as soon as practicable as required by Arizona Revised Statutes § 18-552 and applicable federal law. Notification will include the nature of the breach, information affected, steps we are taking, and steps you can take to protect yourself.
10. Children’s Privacy
Our services are directed at businesses and are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
