We started with Managed IT. Networking, internet setup, desktop support, troubleshooting, and improving business processes through better use of technology. The goal was simple: remove the friction that technology causes for small business owners, so they could focus on running their business.
AI was not mainstream in 2019. But as it became accessible, we saw an opportunity to bring it to our clients in a way that was private, practical, and affordable — installed on their own hardware, not sending their data to someone else's cloud.
